Day 1: Phnom Penh to Trapeang Rung
Welcome to Phnom Penh! We will pick you up from your hotel in Phnom Penh and transfer you to the pier for your boat journey to Cardamom Tent Camp.
The boat departs at around 2:00 PM, taking you through the beautiful waterways and into the heart of the Cardamom rainforest. Upon arrival, you will receive a brief introduction to the camp and learn about Wildlife Alliance's conservation and wildlife protection efforts before settling into your comfortable safari-style tent.
Spend the afternoon at your leisure. Take a refreshing swim, relax on the floating pier at the riverside restaurant, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As the sun sets over Sakorn Lake, keep an eye out for wildlife during the evening safari boat experience.
In the evening, enjoy a delicious three-course dinner before settling in for a peaceful night surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest.
